The following occupations list for Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) subclass 186 visa is prescribed in the Legislation Instrument citing as LIN 19/049 by the Department of Home Affairs on 14 April 2021.  The list contains 2016 occupations of Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List and is for people who wish to apply for ENS 186 Direct Entry Stream visa.

Please note: some occupations are subject to caveats when nomination application is made.

Level 1: Bachelor/Higher, Level 2: Diploma/Higher, Level 3: Cert III*/IV, Level 4: Cert II*/III

(a) a physicist (other than a medical physicist) is VETASSESS; and
(b) a medical physicist is ACPSEM.
