The Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) Subclass 187 Visa Occupation List is prescribed in the Legislation Instrument citing as LIN 19/047 by the Department of Home Affairs on 21 December 2020. The list is for skilled workers, who are nominated by their employer in regional Australia, live and work in Australia permanently.
