Nhân viên cộng đồng làm gì?
Nhân viên Cộng đồng tạo điều kiện cho các hoạt động phát triển cộng đồng và các giải pháp hợp tác trong cộng đồng nhằm giải quyết các vấn đề, nhu cầu và vấn đề liên quan đến giải trí, sức khỏe, nhà ở, việc làm và các vấn đề phúc lợi khác.
Công việc của họ bao gồm:
- Đánh giá nhu cầu và lập kế hoạch, phát triển và thực hiện các chương trình giáo dục, đào tạo và hỗ trợ của khách hàng.

- Hỗ trợ thanh niên giải quyết các vấn đề xã hội, tình cảm và tài chính.
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ xin tài trợ và nguồn lực, đồng thời báo cáo cho các cơ quan chính phủ và các cơ quan khác.
