The occupations list for Subclass 494 Visa is prescribed in the Legislation Instrument citing as LIN 19/219. The Legislation registered on 22 December 2020. Below you will find the complete ANZSCO Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) contains 216 occupations and ANZSCO Regional Occupation List (ROL) contains 434 occupations for the Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) Subclass 494.

The occupations allocation is based on labour market advice provided by the Department of Jobs and Small Business. The skilled occupations lists ensures that the entry of skilled foreign workers to Australia carefully calibrated to Australia’s needs.
